Original Message I am a 5 foot 11 inch tall male weighing 155 lbs. I have more muscle than not and no bones sticking out except for my ribs, which have always stuck out a bit. Am I too skinny?

The reason I ask is because in high school I used to weigh 210 lbs. Since then I started going to the gym and eventually lost the fat. I stopped going as soon as I hit 165. So, being fat for a crucial portion of my life has made me look back and wonder if I am in fact healthier.

So, is 155 lbs too skinny? Just right? Should I lose more?
