Your pains and your headaches are because of lack of universal energy flowing through you.  Do the following and your pains will be gone.

1)  Do a google search for the orange bear.
2)  Stop at the first image that screams your name
3)  Print it off and put it in your wallet
4)  With in 3 days you will feel like a superstar
