They load a company with debt and then bleed the company for fee's if the company survives fine if not the bankrupt it, fire the workers and sell it off it pieces.

The leveraged buyout artists aim is not to "create" jobs or even save them, his job is to trick a companies owners into taking out massive loans and then once the sucker is hooked they do what is most profitable for their shareholders.

Either they kill it and sell it off or bleed it for fee's or both.
