Why do they want to evacuate everyone so badly? Remember when NYC was evacuated because of Hurricane Irene? It turned out to be a dud. So why all this now? Why do they need everyone out? This reminds me of Close Encounters of the Third Kind where they evacuated the area that aliens used to make contact by claiming there was anthrax in the air.
