Today I watched the episode when Data created Lal. She was his daughter. I've seen it before; but when you see stuff that was cool as a kid and then revisit it later in life you see it in a different light.

Towards the end when Lal was dying: She says: "Thank you for my life."

Then she tells Data that she loves him. He tells her that he can't feel love.

She responds by saying: "I will feel it for the both of us."

What a tear jerker!
