[/quote] a) you are not combining properly b) the heavy metals in your system are mimicking and replacing the needed minerals....chelate. look it up: detox heavy metals and FOR THE LOVE OF FUCK do not just go bonkers with the detox process. c) chemtrails, to answer your last question. d) nuts and seeds: firstly, unless you have an incredible digestive system, you are not getting ANYTHING from those. also if they are cooked heated or improperly stored in any way shape or form. rancid nuts = non-viable nutrients...and are detrimental. that said, raw hulled tahini butter is best for natural, human assimilable calcium. sesame seeds are the highest in HA calcium on the planet (sprouts are even better). magnesium and calcium need to be taken together, along with other specific nutrients. vitamin c helps absorption. there are some great videos out about the heavy metal mimics. you can eat healthy and in balance all the live long day but if you have 'uptaken' these poisons into your system, they will stay until you detox, and YOU WILL NOT GET BENEFITS from a healthy diet until you get them out, as they are blocking the GOOD nutrients. Iron is NOT a nutrient, it is a poison. Iron replaces copper in the blood and tissue proteins and accumulates in multiple locations of the body, causing destruction and accelerating aging. Bio-available copper must be replenished to restore health and longevity – to repair the DNA damage.
