Original Message I was falling asleep and felt my body ascending. I always get scared and pull back, this happens almost every night to me. My body wants to astral project but I wont let it for various reasons, but last night something very strange happend.
As I pulled back I felt as if I got punched in the face very hard. I'm not sure what this means if anyone has any advice for me that would be appreciated.
