Even if that dog would have attacked me I could have stopped it without much effort. They kill because they enjoy it, they're psychopaths. No other logical explanation.

And of course how many family pets would have been saved if the police departments gave these troglodytes a tranquilizing dart  weapon? I think they want people to get used to losing those whom they love and not being able to do shit about it, it's part of the psychological torture to get people used to being slaves. We're all slaves of big government already anyway, those who think they aren't are deluded.
