He's not "seeing" a quake happen somewhere. He is simply saying such-and-such planets will be alligned on these days, so we'll see a quake of such-and-such a size.
In other words, he is using good old astrology.
there's an article that tied the electric/plasma universe into astrology and basic astronomy. it could 'predict' erratic behavior on a planetary scale, by looking at a discharge pattern from the sun out to the planets (serially); the discharge was predictable because of the angular relation between heavenly bodies. (can't find the article, sorry; it was once posted on sott)
Sounds interesting, thanks. I might try to find it sometimes. Not right now as I have plenty things to keep me interested and busy.
So the first time I heard Geryl talk it was in regards to Dec 21, 2012, and I thought he was out to lunch. His expectations were waaaayyy too doomish, even for an everyday GLPer.
However, since then I've been reading up on his on-going EQ perdictions associated with different planetary allignments, and holy shit has he been accurate.
This M7.4 today was the final straw for me. He called it, and once again was dead on the money of both timing and size.

Just freakin' me out a little as I live close to the ocean (very close) and we are only 43+ days until Dec 21st.
