Original Message It all comes down to "likeability", that's what voters will vote for EVERY TIME in every presidential election. That's why Rove hung onto the coattails of Bush II (though he was a likeable goofy ex frat boy type you can have a beer with). Here's every election since Kennedy. Republicans need to smarten up.
