Original Message Yes I know rape is a sick thing to do and a criminal offense. But consider this.

A guy goes out and swindles hundreds of people of their life savings and gets a slap on his wrist.
A guy rapes a woman and he's sentenced to 20~30 years.

Is rape worse than being swindled out of your 30 years plus life savings? I just don't get it.

I also don't understand the part where I beat a woman almost to death vs kindly tying the woman up and using condom while raping her will net me more years than beating the shit out the woman. So what's the reasoning?
