[quote:redrosie:MV8yMDQ1NDc4XzYwRjBEMUIw] It was about 2am est .. or a lil after .. Had my picture window open looking for taurids, facing east, slightly south .. and out of no where, a bright white ball of light streaked from right to left in a North East direction, getting brighter and brighter and bigger .. and then it started tailing red and orange .. it broke into 3 pieces of red, and oranges .. and fell through the sky (almost appearing to hit the ground).. looked as if a firework was finished and falling to the ground .. It was moving across and down, and through the sky from the south to the North East position .. Was the craziest thing I had ever seen, and I have seen some good meteors .. I had my picture window open, looking for meteors (taurids) and I had the show of my life! Did anyone else get to see this? *fixed the time on this .. it was 2a.m. not 1 .. sorry [/quote]
