Why can't the truth movement just focus on TRUTH?

Anything outside of those two things can't be called truth as far as I can see.
But, the truth movement is mainly focused on theory, speculation, disinformation, misinformation, and fantasy...
That stuff fascinates, hooks, and SELLS and for the most part both the fans and the businessmen behind the scenes want it that way.
For example, why does the "truth movement" spend so much time and resources on 911 theories and speculation when the truth about the Waco, Texas massacre is probably on par with 911?
The "truth movement" has ignored the Waco, Texas massacre for the most part, can anyone tell me why?
There's enough incriminating verifiable evidence right there to prove practically everything that the "911 truth" crowd tries to demonstrate with all their theorizing and speculating, what's going on?
