Texas has the 18th best economy in the world. But you really wanna be the USA's biggest enemy? Without even a military? But hey, go Texas!
Texas might be the first but it would not be the last state to go. As for military, Texas has the largest(I believe) Army base in the USA. In Succession, all the military equipment within a State's borders are forfeited to become property of the new State/Nation.
Where did you hear that? The military equipment is forfeited to the state? Not in a million years.
[quote:Little Willow:MV8yMDQ3MDU1XzM0NDAxMDQ5XzhBMDQ4Qzk5] [quote:Anonymous Coward 27278377:MV8yMDQ3MDU1XzM0NDAwNDQxXzNCNkFDQjEy] [quote:Little Willow:MV8yMDQ3MDU1XzM0Mzk3MzUyXzMzRjVENzFD] I'm trying to figure out how that would work. Texas won its independence from Mexico and became a nation. Texas actally is a soverign nation today which is why its the only state that can fly its flag as high as the USA flag. The colonial us was very week at first and knew it needed Texasfor strength so it asked Texas 3 times to join the union and Texas finally ageed but only after the U.S. offered the right to seceed anytime it wishes.
??? Didn't Texas give up that right a few years back? ??? I remember in the past, driving into TX you would see the TX flag flying at the same height of the US flag. Now this doesn't seem to be the case.
