[quote:Anonymous Coward 15897212:MV8yMDQ3Mjk4XzM0NDMwMTM1XzIxRjJBNjFG] From New Article: http://www.theindychannel.com/news/local-news/faulty-furnace-may-have-caused-explosion-at-indianapolis-home-owner-says "John Shirley told RTV6 on Monday that he received a text message last week from his 12-year-old daughter about a problem with the furnace at the house the girl shares with her mother and her mother's boyfriend. The girl said that the family was staying in a hotel because the furnace had stopped working. Shirley said no one was home at the time of the explosion." Saturday Night, it was 70 degrees in Indianapolis. Who needs their furnace on when it was so warm out that most of my friends had their windows open. Now then, Where Does John work & what does he do? http://www.linkedin.com/pub/shirley-john/10/99a/648 http://itfreshsolution.com/ Maybe that's him.... Here's a quote from his company's website We provide Information Technology services to Federal, State, and Local Government. We provide consultants with excellent Technical knowledge who are well versed with the entire life cycle of the project to our clients and to the State of Indiana. They have Government Contracts [/quote]
Original Message
Maybe 20-30 minutes ago? Felt like a car crashed HARD into the house... went outside and all the neighbors were coming out reporting the same. It was LOUD and gave the house a JOLT.
Then family members started calling to ask if it happened here too (they are also in S or SE Indianapolis).
Anyone else? I looked but didn't see a thread and nothing on the local news yet...
