now the joke is the carbon taxes and all that fair share money will be going to bank accounts supposedly for 3rd world countries.....so when the welfare checks stop coming who are the rulers going to tell them is at fault? THOSE WHO ARNT PAYING THERE FAIR SHARE ie middle-class.
