You're getting this from an arrested criminal, who then uses this information not to negotatite a plea deal in secret (Which the government would most likely be willing to do to keep it under wraps) but instead announces to the world where crazy people can latch on to it. And again... there's no proof.
So, uh. YOU DO REALIZE that people are convicted of CRIMES ALL THE TIME because of the testimony of criminals? The police do it against civilians. It's called 'flipping' someone or creating a 'Confidential Informant'. MILLIONS OF AMERICANS are sent to the GULAG every year because of this kind of hearsay 'proof'. All of a sudden it's not good enough when it comes to a Government official? DOUBLE STANDARD MUCH? But when someone comes out against a GOVERNMENT AGENCY it's all of a sudden NOT CREDIBLE? Grow up and smell the TYRANNY, your government has NEVER been the 'good guy' in any of this. At the LEAST they are complacent and willing partners in evil. People go to jail for this all the time. It's called 'Conspiracy to commit a crime'. If ONE of the perpetrators commits the crime, even if the OTHER is not DIRECTLY involved but had prior KNOWLEDGE and planning of said crime. I love how you sheep think the LAW doesn't apply to people in government. :bamasheep2:
Two things. First of all, testimony isn't enough to convict, you also need solid evidence. Secondly, and more importantly, is part you're saying about it being a PLEA BARGAIN. Why would he volunteer all this information in exchange for NOTHING? What does it gain him? Especially since, again, if it were true and the government wanted to keep it under wraps they would have been VERY interested in keeping in silent. It makes no sense.
You've obviously never been involved in the United States JUDICIAL system. TESTIMONY IS 100% ALL YOU NEED to convict someone. It's called 'Circumstantial evidence'. It's used against MILLIONS of Americans every month. Cop says your guilty on the stand. No other evidence. No video, nothing, then guess what pal....YOU'RE GUILTY. Who cares if his testimony is not part of a plea? Maybe he left the Cartel and government wanted to throw him in prison to shut him up and offered him no plea. There have been hundreds of these people saying that the United Shithole States is BEHIND the Mexican Cartels. Like I said, I believe an Ex-Cartel agent over the KNOWN LIAR HOLDER.
Original Message
Like we didn't already know that Eric Holder was TOTALLY corrupt. Now the Mexicans are coming out and ADMITTING they were GIVEN guns by the Border Patrol because the U.S. Government was working with the Sinaloa Cartel to take out the rival Zeta's and secure the Drug Trafficking trade for themselves and the U.S. Government...
What else is new...one year the C.I.A. gets busted importing 20 TONS of Cocaine and no-one does shit...now this.
The Assassin goes on to say that the Sinaloa Drug Cartel was ALLOWED TO IMPORT drugs into the U.S.for their work against the Zeta's.
The explosive allegations are being made by Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla, known as the Sinaloa Cartel’s “logistics coordinator.” He was extradited to the Chicago last year to face federal drug charges.
Sinaloa Cartel Operative Jesus Vincente Zambada Niebla Makes Explosive Allegation About Operation Fast and Furious
Jesus Vicente Zambada-Niebla (Source: MSNBC)
Zambada-Niebla claims that under a “divide and conquer” strategy, the U.S. helped finance and arm the Sinaloa Cartel through Operation Fast and Furious in exchange for information that allowed the DEA, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other federal agencies to take down rival drug cartels. The Sinaloa Cartel was allegedly permitted to traffic massive amounts of drugs across the U.S. border from 2004 to 2009 — during both Fast and Furious and Bush-era gunrunning operations — as long as the intel kept coming.
