[quote:FlashMob:MV8yMDQ4MTIwXzM0NDE0NzQ1X0ZGODQ0ODI4] [quote:Anonymous Coward 9506273:MV8yMDQ4MTIwXzM0NDE0NzAxXzlDODU0OTM1] do you work third shift. the reason I ask is because many years ago i worked third shift and had sleep paralysis several times a week. then a few years ago i worked third shft and had it almost every day. since i quit working third shift, i don't have it any more. ihope i never work night shift again.
I work 12 hour days and fall asleep at around 11 12 at night. Back up at 5 doing the same again.
I experience this on a nightly basis and do not have narcolepsy. Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you see and were you scared?
