Also housed in the DFAS building is records relating to overseas actions/such as things related to Benghazi....it would have been likely they were trying to clean things up so Gen. Patraeus's testimony would be meaningless (IF he still decides to testify).

The Drone was thrown off course by russian satellite trying to shoot it down, so missed the DFAS building (is a theory I have  heard today).
