Original Message I'm having a fun chat with my friend this morning about pancakes.

She's from the Czech Republic where they make them about a 1/2 an inch thick and cover them in melted mozzarella and tomatoes.

In France, you have the crepe, which can be made a million different ways.

My friends in Poland make them a little thicker than the Czechs and cover them in sour cream and strawberries.

Here in Canada, no matter if made thick or thin, we eat them smothered in butter and maple syrup.

How do you like your pancakes and is there an unusual recipe not listed here you want to share?
