[quote:jadksn 33313172:MV8yMDQ5ODI3XzM1ODM1ODA2X0I4OTc5QzBD] I see nothing wrong with asking for a male doctor. You're paying for a service so of course you want to get your money's worth. Your son probably feels more comfortable around other males as well. I doubt you were "blacklisted" or whatever, there are fewer male doctors than female doctors nowadays. [/quote]

So I called my docs office this morning, asked for an appt for my child. They had an opening tomorrow but it was with one of their female doctors. Well I wasn't interested so I told them as much, politely of course, and I asked to see a male doctor instead.
Wouldn't you know it..they mysteriously and suddenly have ZERO openings, for a month, to see a male doctor. I was rejected.
What the fuck is going on with people these days?!!? I thought it was my right to choose a doctor I was comfortable with.
