Stay away from them and their diagnoses and their drugs!
I wonder if you are right, I had an experience about four years ago ...I found a lump, went to a doctor and she couldnt find it...so I had a scan and they couldnt find it, yet I could...easily and everytime. I changed my diet a little and that little grain of rice that was out of place eventually disappeared. The change in my diet was small...no bread. I eat pretty well.
May I ask what kind of scan? I saw a program where a doctor mentioned that a person receiving a CT scan was being exposed to anywhere from 100 to 500 x-rays as a result of that one scan. He then went on to say that the individual could potentially end up with cancer from that scan inside of a decade or two. So I did some checking online and found quite a bit of information on not only the cancer risks of CT scans but also many other diagnostic procedures that are routinely done. X-rays from a single full-body CT scan give a dose of radiation similar to cancer-associated radiation doses in A-bomb survivors, finds David J. Brenner, PhD, director of Columbia University's center for radiological research. http://www.cbsnews.com/2100-500368_162-639707.html One study projected 1,200 new cancer cases based on the 2.2 million CT scans done for lower-back pain in the U.S. in 2007. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine/2012/06/many-common-medical-tests-and-treatments-are-unnecessary/index.htm Here's a chart on the amount of radiation from different types of scans. http://www.aradnj.com/radiation2.html You didn't mention what type of scan you had, but a lot of medical procedures now use radiation. The risks of getting cancer may be small but it's best to avoid ANY unnecessary exposure.
A team of researchers looking into why cancer cells are so resilient accidentally stumbled upon a far more important discovery. While conducting their research, the team discovered that chemotherapy actually heavily damages healthy cells and subsequently triggers them to release a protein that sustains and fuels tumor growth. Beyond that, it even makes the tumor highly resistant to future treatment.
