[quote:Anonymous Coward 1073423:MV8yMDUzMTE5XzM0NTA5Mzk2X0NGNERGRUQ1] [quote:Anonymous Coward 6188491:MV8yMDUzMTE5XzM0NTA5MjY4X0FFQUZBNTJB] The best protest vote against the main three is UKIP or nothing.
The best protest vote one can register is to send the fucking ballot paper, unmarked, back to its' originator with a brief note explaining that one does not consent to anymore statute (act) bullshit or governance by un-indicted criminals (every single mother fucker, current & past, that pretends to be a politician 'of the people'). These fucktards refuse to let one extricate oneself from the electoral roll because they figure if you don't vote & are registered to do so, then you tacitly agree to the status quo. So, by not voting or 'spoiling' ones ballot paper one accepts the current state of affairs as acceptable. The ONLY way to show these criminals for who they really are is to send the fucking ballot card back to its' originator ... en-mass. Then we will have the proof that they lie about vote counts. Until then then, all is lost. SEND THE BALLOT BACK TO ITS' ORIGINATOR ...
Polls closed tonight after the first elections to select police and crime commissioners across England and Wales.
Despite David Cameron heralding them as 'historic' elections, the vote was branded a 'comedy of errors' by the Electoral Reform Society, which claimed polling stations had been 'standing empty'.
One Tory MP told MailOnline: '‘I have been telling my constituents not to vote. This is an appalling bloody travesty costing £75million. I have not met anyone who is voting.’
In Wiltshire, the only area due to declare a result overnight, it was reported that barely one in seven electors had made it to the booths in Swindon.
Turnout in the town was just 14.68 per cent. It was even lower at nearby Devizes at 10.41 per cent.
In the most radical shake-up of the service for half a century, the new commissioners, who are expected to earn up to £100,000 a year, will control police budgets, set priorities and have the power to hire and fire Chief Constables.
