A doctor told people years ago when times were bad, if they were short of money, to eat rice and peanuts. He said it included every vitamin and mineral needed to be healthy for quite some time.
Oh cool! Thanks. I have a bag of almonds, are those good enough?
I don't think so. He was clear about it being peanuts. LOL! Sorry.
Almonds are one of the most nutritious of all nuts. As more and more consumers become dedicated to healthy life-styles, experts have found that adding natural foods, such as almonds, to your diet may be the prescription for physical wellness in the 21st century. http://www.nutsforalmonds.com/nutrition.htm
Maybe I should start eating them, but they aren't that fun to eat. They're almost tasteless and make my mouth extremely dry.
I eat this almost everyday and I can't get enough of it. Only thing I do is add a little shredded cheddar to my broccoli. I drink water only and I take vitamin C supplements. If this diet is sufficient enough, what's the least things I can add to it to make it more complete?
