After awhile your body becomes accustomed to a high-fiber diet and I SWEAR you stop being gassy! It's weird and I'm thankful at the same time. What do you guys eat everyday to stay healthy? I just hate cooking long meals every single day because I'm always on the go.
Cous Cous helps, maybe an apple or pear in there too, I eat very similarly to you. No processed, no bread, no pasta (maybe once a month or so, but whole grain). Absolutely no sugar.
I eat this almost everyday and I can't get enough of it. Only thing I do is add a little shredded cheddar to my broccoli. I drink water only and I take vitamin C supplements. If this diet is sufficient enough, what's the least things I can add to it to make it more complete?
