keep in mind that this is just watercooler talk amoungst insurance proffesionals.  but if anyone would know it is them.

they also mentioned that they think it will take alot of tax dollars (increases) just to keep this thing afloat.  someone will have to pay for the legions of desk jockeys that will file all this paperwork.
