According to Hagel and Valugua, The United States is Using HAARP to Create the Volcanic Eruption to Create this Hypercane, The United Nations has set up Concentration Camps up all Over Australia. The Last thing Hagel and Valugua Stated was that the World Governments will say this was Caused by "Global Warming" and There will be a Carbon Tax Enforced by the United Nations.
