How do you explain a 72 year old male who hasn't been to the dentist for 50 years can still have perfect teeth?
Sensodyne or try taking turmeric capsules. Turmeric has acted as a pain anti inflammatory for me since I started taking it. It could also be that the wisdom tooth you're having issues with is pushing on other teeth. That was my issue about two years ago with my top left wisdom tooth. I needed that particular wisdom tooth removed so it would stop crowding the tooth in front of it. Once it was removed and healed it was instant relief. The dentist left my other wisdom tooth alone and said it wouldn't be an issue unless it started to cause pain.
My dad!
I insisted he go to the dentist at least for a clean.
The dentist was completely gob smacked.. He took photos to get right into my dads crooked teeth and not a cavity in sight.. Still beautifully white as well..
My dad has not looked after himself since my mother died and I doubt he cleans his teeth often.
The only thing I can think of is my dad eats 4 pieces of toast every morning with Vegemite an inch thick on each piece. The dentist thinks maybe the high salt content had preserved his teeth..
Anyone else no anyone who still has a completely perfect set of teeth at this age??
