[quote:EVIL_BEAN_KID:MV8yMDU0MzE2XzM0NTQ0NDc0X0REMjYxOUE1] [quote:ZeuZ:MV8yMDU0MzE2XzM0NTQ0MjE4Xzg2NDc4RUJB] I started a thread like this and ended up with a Ruger 10/22 with $400+ of goodies. The theory is that .22lr ammo is largely available, but both Walmarts by me are almost completely out. I bought the last of an entire case of CCI Quiet rounds. But they have a shit ton of 12-gauge rounds falling off the shelves. I forsee an 870 or 500 in my future. Any gun is better than no gun, unless you don't have ammo. In which case, it better look and sound scary as fuck!
theres this thing called the internet. they have all the .22 ammo you could ever want.
In my opinion, you can't beat an H&R Pardner 12 gauge coupled with a EAA Witness .45 ACP/.22lr Combo. You get essentially two high quality handguns and a 12 gauge pump-action for what you'd expect to pay for just one big-name pistol. Btw, Tanfoglio (EAA in America) supplies many military and police in many countries and have been around since the 40's making high quality firearms.
For those on low budgets, that's a lot of firepower for not so much money. No I'm not a dealer or have any financial interest in providing the info. Just sharing thoughts on good value for the money in firearms.
