Original Message I have been listening to several Binaural Beats at night to help me achieve lucid dreams or O.B.E and to get a better sleep in general. When listening to certain frequencys, i believe it was 825 htz, i felt pins and needles in the right side of my head - it alarmed me as ive never felt them while laying flat with my arms beside me, however i have experienced it while laying down holding my ipod up to watch a video, almost like circulation being cut off and it passes when i straighten my arms and clench my fist a few times.... anyway... is this normal for meditation/binaural beats?

I am in search of serious answers please, if your just trolling please keep moving and use your trolls on a thread worth while.
