Original Message It just freaking hit me. I'm crusing along through my morning completely focused at work doing my thing. Hubby calls and disrupts my flow and needed some help with something. I'm glad to help and assisted him. Through the conversation I felt my energy dropping. Ughhh. We hung up and I realized my focus was completely shot and I'm exhausted. I am having a hard time recovering.

At home he is very demanding and is a dictator with everyone in the house.

I am constantly drained at home and can hardly function.

I thought it was just me and perhaps it is but I'm telling ya I was feeling so good today and BAM, distracted, tired, unfocused.

Dont get me wrong he has a great heart and is very generous. I do love him but need to protect my chi/soul/psyche.

I'm so sad right now I could cry. Any advice is appreciated.
