Original Message After completing my PT course and learning with regard to nutrition that meat and fresh veggies was the way to health, I still decided to give the vego thing a try.
I'm not sure if is was mental but I felt like I was missing something being vego and the growth of muscle mass seemed stagnant...
So, I went back to the protocol that I learnt...
But now after watching the forks over knives doco the case for vego is quite compelling.
