Feel the animal's chi and feel its place in the order. That's truly living with the Earth.
Been thinking about that recently. Could you eat bought meat raw?
You're taking a chance with bacteria if you don't.
Sorry to burst your disinfectant bubble but bacteria are part of you. They digest your food, pass along vital biochemical signals, and the vast majority of our DNA encodes for them. Don't be retarded. And don't post some CDC or FDA bullshit in an attempt to prove me wrong. Salmonella, Ecoli and the like are also naturally present in your body. Have fun thinking about that. Makes you feel... sick, doesn't it? You see, such sickness is just fear being experienced and released. This is food poisoning, pathetically blamed on bacteria for simply doing its job of breaking down organic matter.
After completing my PT course and learning with regard to nutrition that meat and fresh veggies was the way to health, I still decided to give the vego thing a try.
I'm not sure if is was mental but I felt like I was missing something being vego and the growth of muscle mass seemed stagnant...
So, I went back to the protocol that I learnt...
But now after watching the forks over knives doco the case for vego is quite compelling.
