Here's a really novel idea. Instead of everyone wasting numbers that appear in a machine this coming Economic Stimulation Season, why not just take all YOUR money..the actual real money (can anyone actually explain giving paper for products?) you are SUPPOSED to OWN OUT OF THE BANK. If everyone on say, oh I dunno..off the top of my head.. December the 21st ;) ;) Withdraws all there Physical cash out of the BANKS (Who store all you numbers on a super secure number holding machine). We can create the "Apocalypse" ourselves, but do not FEAR, as that words does not mean what you have been L(i)ED to BELIEVE...
apocalypse (n.) late 14c., "revelation, disclosure," from Church L. apocalypsis "revelation," from Gk. apokalyptein "uncover, disclose, reveal," from apo- "from" (see apo-) + kalyptein "to cover, conceal"
Oh lets make it 11.11am UTC
lie (v.1) "speak falsely, tell an untruth,"
truth (n.) O.E. triewð (W.Saxon), treowð (Mercian) "faithfulness, quality of being true," from triewe, treowe "faithful" (see true). Meaning "accuracy, correctness" is from 1560s. Unlike lie (v.), there is no primary verb in English or most other IE languages for "speak the truth." Noun sense of "something that is true" is first recorded mid-14c.
Let [Truth] and Falsehood grapple; who ever knew Truth put to the worse, in a free and open encounter. [Milton, "Areopagitica," 1644]
Truth squad in U.S. political sense first attested 1952. Truthiness "act or quality of preferring concepts or facts one wishes to be true, rather than those known to be true," catch word popularized in this sense by U.S. comedian Stephen Colbert, declared by American Dialect Society to be "2005 Word of the Year."
