You live in San Jose 2 hours south of where this is effecting....besides you never see the rainfall we get here in between Sac and Turlock...another falsehood statement. If the poster lives close to where I live than they are correct we see this every year nothing special.

Nope - Rocklin is about 20 minutes away from Sac.  If the traffic is bad on I-80, then closer to 30-45 minutes.
