Original Message My neighbor was a healthy 45 year old. She wasn't overweight, active, no prescrip meds, drugs, etc. really great family also.

She went to bed one night and around 11pm, saying she was having a hard time breathing. From what her husband said, she was kind of chocking or gurgling I guess. He started CPR, yelled for his college son to help, then called 911. His son also tried to revive her. She did not make it to the hospital.

They did an autopsy, which showed nothing. Not one thing. She had no medical problems, no drugs, no heart issues. Couldn't find anything. She just died.

I know very little about natural causes. I assumed it was just old age when it says natural causes. Sooo, wtf? So you can just die like that? At a young age? I saw her a couple months before this and she was same as always.
