Nov 27 02:55 EST. An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 occurred 14 km east of Matane, QC. It was felt in Matane and nearby communities.

I did a little digging on the database and discovered that earthquakes above 4.0 magnitude in the above region (known as the Charlevoix Seismic Zone and environs) have increased as follows (over same period Jan 01 - Nov 29)
