Also, there is NOTHING better for diaper rash then coconut oil.  I mean NOTHING!  Be careful though for some strange reason when I put it on my kids in the morning the diaper seems like it explodes?  It's weird but works amazingly.

And put it on your dry skin.  It'll turn your skin back to being baby soft.

Coconut oil is definitely an anti-fungal, I have used it for this before.  I know my skin gets really, really dry in the winter though and while I use it to moisturize my face, I think my skin personally needs something a bit heavier for the dry air.  Was going to do olive oil after coconut oil.
