90's we were told the ozone layer is shrinking and there are holes appearing in it

computer simulations have run showing these magnetic reversals of the poles which coorelate to this idea of holes in the magnetic field

the spraying is to patch these holes and keep the field stabalized

the earth's magnetic field will effect the beings living on the planet physically but also mentally and the world powers do not want things to change when they already have it the way they want
