[quote:somebody 28438338:MV8yMDY3ODE3XzM0Nzk0ODk1X0Q3MUIxRTQ2] What program did you use to make this? JC, I haven't listened to it, but I've been messing with DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) and DJ programs for a couple of years now... I personally found the Operator oscillator in Ableton to be effective in producing a binaural beat... But tbh, isochronic tones are where it's at... It's the same effect of brain entrainment as binaural gives you, except you can fill a room with the noise instead of depending on headphones... Isochronic depends on slightly offset frequencies, but they pulse in a rythmic way that lets them reverb/refract/reflect around a room so as to be filling it at the right times and while not crushing the overhead or muddying other channels (personally I just use the oscillators, i hate having to add the drums and crap to 'get a beat'). Did you take two oscillators, pan one left and one right, and detune (or offset the phase, not sure which really worked 'better') one by about 10 cents? [/quote]

I made myself a meditation track using binaural beats, also known as brain entrainment, along with some background music. The entrainment starts at 15 Hz and drops to 7.5Hz after 8 minutes, which is a frequency related to deep meditation state. The whole session is just under 20 minutes and I would love any feedback on making it better or personal experiences using it.
