Original Message My diarrhea problem was on and off for like a month, but for the past week or so all I have is diarrhea. I am on a gluten free diet, so gluten can't be causing it. I feel slightly nausea today. Mostly I eat nuts, raw vegetables, and cheese, and I limit my sugar intake to 30 grams a day. One thing to note is that I haven't eaten cheese for a week now, however I was having diarrhea for a month, when I was still eating cheese EVERY DAY.
