[quote:Anonymous Coward 16485465:MV8yMDY5MzI3XzM0ODIzMzE5XzEzRTY0MjQ2] Israel, run by the far-right hawks Egypt, run by Islamic fundamentalists Palestine, virtually led by a now-empowered Hamas Lebanon, run by Hezbollah Syria, run by a Sunni dictator Iraq, run by a Shia strongman sympathetic to Islamists Kuwait now has an Islamist-dominated Parliament Iran, run by radical Mullahs, who don't recognise Israel The only (albeit remotely) friendly countries that tolerate Israel existing at all are now just Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. And they're all experiencing the onset of their own "Arab Spring". How long will their archaic pro-Western regimes last? [/quote]

This is quite a public statement to make. Not something you'd alarm the international community with unless it was true.

A "fatal blow".
That means it will kill it.
The peace-process is now hanging by a thread.
That includes the Israeli-Gaza ceasefire, the Oslo Accord and the Arab-Israel peace pact.
The whole lot.
