[quote:Anonymous Coward 1055574:MV8yMDY5ODkzXzM0ODMyNDUzXzRDOTRCNTND] [quote:Anonymous Coward 1055574:MV8yMDY5ODkzXzM0ODMyMzQ2XzIwQUE2Njc3] There's no reason not to have a 3 day BOB (per person in your house) ready to go no matter what (and don't forget supplies for pets if you have any). You never know what the future will bring you. If you do it right, your BOB supplies won't go bad and you'll always be ready to bug out if you need to. [/quote] And to actually answer your question... A list on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Best-Bug-Out-Bag/lm/R1HYEOV9BJ4DHF A page about it on a different site: http://disaster-prep.org/best-bug-out-bag/ At least that'll give you a good place to start. Even if nothing happens around this date, should we still be prepared?
I have heard all kinds of things like 3 days or darkness, no power, fire, earthquakes and other doom.
What would be needed in a BOB? We have a few cases of water and a some canned food items but that it basically it.
