What is the word that conveys the idea that something might not be quite accurate as portrayed, or that there may be an exception to what is stated.
For instance, I want to add a clause at the bottom of a sales ad that says the item you receive may be different than what is pictured.
What is the word that refers to that clause.
(hope that wasn't too confusing.. I'm drawing a blank on something that is on the tip of my tongue and Thesaurus.com is not coming up with anything either)
