So they throw the first judge out for showing bias in forcing Hasan to shave his face as it is required by the Army to not have a beard. Hasan states his beard is a requirement for his Muslim faith...

Well.....Hasan did not have a problem shaving his face before the shooting did he? Nidal Hasan served 8 years as an enlisted soldier (1988-1996). He recieved his M.D. 9 years ago in 2003. So for 17 years, even while being Muslim, he had no problem shaving his face.

But all of the sudden its a need for him to have a beard?

I swear, our legal system sucks! And we have people who defend murderers like this guy? I think the defense ( the appeals court) is just as wicked as he is.
