Original Message One cop fired up to 40 rounds, and word is out that it was backfire from the muffler that sounded like a gun shot. We will also know in a days time if there was any gun powder residue on the drivers hand. It has been ruled a homicide. They also have video of the same driver running at low speeds fromn the police in 2011. Family says he never owned a gun and he had no warrants for arrest. His car backfired and the cops took case until they finally killed him when he was hit 24 times and his woman passenger being hit 23.

This man ran cause he was scared, and had done it in the past and they have video of that. Now, the guy should of stopped and this wouldn't of ended this way. But the Cleveland Police also didn't need to pump that much lead into tweo innocent people. I say death penalty for all 13.
