Yes.  The flag that we now know as "the flag of the United States" was actually the [i]BATTLE[/i] (Military) flag of the U.S. (North) during the so-called "Civil War" of 1961-1864.  ie, it was the flag they flew during the battles.

This MILITARY/MARTIAL flag continues to fly because we are STILL under martial law.

Now also knowing this, how does this affect our US soldiers if we are currently under martial law??? Could this very well be why the troops are now slowly being rolled out into the public and no one is doung anything about it??? This is a very serious question. What if as a soldier i were to take off the gold fringed flag off my uniform and replace it with a flag without it??? Should i ask my jag officer to challenge him on the topic and wake him up. Now here is where the discussion could get deep with a natural revolt of the military peacefully.:bump:
