[quote:Anonymous Coward 1430199:MV8yMDcyNDUxXzM0ODgyOTg0XzY5NzVBRDNF] [quote:SevenThunders:MV8yMDcyNDUxXzM0ODgwNjIwXzM1QTIwRTFC] Macs are great for getting stuff to work out of the box, but for the same price I could build a much more powerful gaming box that would serve me better and longer. I would primarily run linux on it. Having said that, do any of you own a tablet? Are they worth getting?
If you're into audio editing, video editing, or photoshop. Macs are super duper machines. I wouldn't buy one otherwise...
An extra $800 to get the 512GB SSD drive.
Boots up in 14 seconds compared to 30.
Read and writes a lot faster.
But does it last?
Does it heat up?
Any other info I should know?
cheers
