The 16th amendment is irrelevant in regards to the pay you get for your time and labor. The 16th amendment taxes income DERIVED from property. Meaning income [i]separated[/i] from the property. Examples: rent, interest, capital gains, and the gain derived from hiring at least one employee.

As the source of your labor/time was the income separated from you? Uggh NO. So why are they taxing it? Perhaps there is something else going on.

When you get a loan from the bank is that loan amount taxable? NO...why? Because you have to pay it back. What happens if you default or the loan amount is forgiven? IT BECOMES TAXABLE. Why? Because now its a gain.

No apply that logic to your paycheck. You deposit it..the check is intercepted and cleared by the federal reserve's check clearing house in fed credit. Is there an obligation to pay that money back?...nope..hence the entire amount is considered a gain and as such becomes taxable. Hence why the courts always say peoples wages have a zero basis. Your work and time invested for that check is a completely different transaction. The next transaction (depositing the check) is in no way related to the previous one. Pretty shitty deal huh?

Another part of this is that when the check is run thru the fed ACH system it generates BANK CREDIT (Fed credit) for you. This is a taxable event. Got Lawful money of the United States?

Answer: The IRS appears to be a collection agency working for foreign banks and operating out of Puerto Rico under color of the Federal Alcohol Administration (“FAA”). But the FAA was promptly declared unconstitutional inside the 50 States by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of U.S. v. Constantine, 296 U.S. 287 (1935), because Prohibition had already been repealed.

In other words, there has been no act of Congress or Presidential Executive Order giving the IRS any authority to operate within the United States, and the only connection they seem to have to the government was somehow related to the (FAA) which was abolished in 1935.

So where exactly is our hard earned money going?

Answer: It’s going right back into the hands of the very foreign bankers that loaned the United States Money (That they simply printed) at a high interest rate.
