You think jobless America can still pay $5-$7 for a cup in these tough times? Think again McDonalds wins hands down for their $2 identical mcafee product!
So having ANOTHER 160,000 jobs lost is a good idea to you? Is anyone FORCING you to buy their coffee??? :crayon:
No I don't buy it but so many I know DO and even with no money for food I know at least 10 people who "can't live without it" It's like crack to them. They will even go without lunch or dinner to have if instead. Starbucks NEEDS to bring their prices down to remain competitive but all I see them doing is driving them up!
Supply and demand. They have no incentive to lower prices because trendy retards love it just as much as they love their silly expensive trendy Iphones and shit. Caffeine is for the weak anyways. :s226:
Coffee chain Starbucks has agreed to pay more UK corporation tax, after a public outcry over how little it pays.
The extra tax could amount to £20m over the next two years, he said.
"We know we are not perfect", the boss of the coffee chain added.
